1. Remove the wire and battery from your broken headphone set.
2. Remove the ear pad on one side first of your broken headphone. You can use your fingers to pull it out from the set.
3. Remove all screws that hold the speaker and ear pad.
4. Pull out the damaged speakers by using tools carefully to cat another edge and released the speaker from hosing.
5. Use a soldering iron to disconnect the wire from the speaker terminals.
6. Replace the old damaged and broken speaker with a new headphone drive and reconnect the headphone wire in the proper place in the same order.
8. Put everything back in the proper place and repeat steps 2 to 7 for the other side of the damaged headphone and repair the second side of the headphones.
